About me:
I’m a transactional attorney and business and real estate advisor. I’ve spent 19 years helping clients grow their businesses and develop projects that produce strong financial results. I spent over 5 years working on complex redevelopments with Simon Property Group, one of the largest retail and mixed use developers in the US. These redevelopments have included large format health clubs, multi-family, luxury big-box tenants, national discount brands and restaurants. In many cases, those transactions included extensive construction or build outs.
I help my clients proactively and strategically grow and protect their businesses and real estate. I work with my clients to understand their business, tax, and compliance goals and help them craft a plan to achieve them.

I’m a business and real estate owner, so I understand the struggles facing my clients. I’ve assembled, managed, added value to and sold a portfolio of apartments. I’ve delivered to lenders and investors their expected returns. I understand the real-life dynamics of dealing with customers, lenders, investors, and vendors.
Outside of work, I love travelling and spending time with my wife and kids. I also love doing home improvement projects and seem to always have a major renovation under construction or in the planning stages. I am also active at my church.
